Licensed Professional Counselors Association of North Carolina (LPCANC) promotes the development of LPCs through professional excellence and advocacy. LPCANC provides a voice for public policy, directs the activities of our professional lobbyist, and responds to the continuing education needs of LPCs in North Carolina.
The North Carolina Mental Health Counselors Association is an interdisciplinary group of counseling professionals whose primary responsibilities involve service delivery in the area of pastoral counseling, private practice, consultation and community mental health counseling.
Founded in 1956, NCRA is an affiliate of the National Rehabilitation Association and a non-profit 501 (c) (4) organization. Its purpose is to advance rehabilitation for all individuals with disabilities.
