Newspapers and Magazines Online

  • New Yorker online
    Full-text and images, including advertisements! New Yorker from 1925 to present.
  • Vogue online
    Full-text and images, including advertisements, from 1892 to present.
  • Articles +
    Articles of all types, for all subjects. Enter your search term. On the next screen you will have an opportunity to select only "newspapers" and "journals" (may include magazines) from the check boxes on the left side.
  • Ad*Access
    A collection of over 7,000 print advertisements (1911-1955) from newspapers in the United States and Canada. Go to the "subject" tab to look at advertisements by thematic categories.
  • Black Studies Center
    Full-text of three African American newspapers, which you can search by keyword: the Chicago Defender (1910-1975); the Daily Defender (1956-1975); and the New York Amsterdam News (1922-1994). Also includes The Pittsburgh Courier (1911-2002) and Baltimore Afro-American (1893-1988). Includes text and images of papers.
 

Print Magazines at the Park Library and UL

Popular magazines include Sports Illustrated, the New Yorker, Martha Stewart Living, Entertainment Weekly, Time, and more - available in the Park library.

There are additional print magazines at the Undergraduate Library Ragland Reading Room, including People, Good Housekeeping, O: The Oprah Magazine, InStyle, Outside, and Essence.
