EconLit - comprehensive, indexed bibliography with selected abstracts of the world's economic literature.

ERIC- provides indexing and abstracting for journal and report literature (1966 to the present) in education and related disciplines.

PAIS (Public Affairs Information Service) - bibliographic index to the literature of public policy, social policy, and the social sciences in general.

Think Tank Articles

Google Think Tank Search Engine - Search across 300 of the most important US and international think tanks.

Think Tanks Directory - a Google search that is limited to the sites of major think tanks (from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government)
