Searching and Accessing Information

  • Book Delivery, Hold, or Recall 
    • This includes moving a book from any UNC-Chapel Hill library to the Health Sciences Library for convenient pick-up.
    • Once you find an item that the library does not have, click the truck icon and

FREE Interlibrary Loan for items UNC doesn’t own (articles and book chapters typically delivered electronically via link in your email within a few days)

  • You can come to the library to get articles available only in print at the library. Scanners available on the first floor of HSL to scan and email articles to yourself for free. Ask for help at the service desk.
