What is the UNC Libraries Zotero Library?

We're using Zotero to collect, organize, annotate, cite, and share curated GenAI resources.  The name of the UNC Libraries Zotero library is UNCGenAIServices.  

How it's organized

The UNCGenAIServices library is stored in a folder called GenAI Resources. Subfolders include:

  • Ethical Issues: GenAI faces several ethical issues including data security and privacy, hallucinations, and sustainability.
  • GenAI At Universities: Learn about how other Universities are using GenAI.
  • GenAI in Higher Education: GenAI is transforming higher education. These resources focus on other academic libraries and use cases. 
  • Learning Resources: Looking to upskill in GenAI?  These resources focus on learning categories such as content generation, learning paths, productivity, and prompting.
  • Legal Issues: These resources focus on various GenAI legal issues such as intellectual property rights and copyright.
  • Legislation/Regulation: These resources focus on the United States of America - Federal, State, and Local- and International GenAI legislation and regulations.
  • Tech and Tools: These resources focus on understanding GenAI technology and various tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and Julius AI.
  • UNC-Chapel Hill GenAI Material: These resources focus on GenAI material from UNC-Chapel Hill.
