Corporate Counsel - a magazine which focuses on in-house law departments. Includes job listings. (K3 .O564215; also available online)

Directory of Corporate Counsel - a directory with biographical information on corporate attorneys. (KF195 .C5 D57; also available on Westlaw via password to students and faculty affiliated with UNC Law)

Law Crossing- ths site maintains a collection of thousands of active legal jobs throughout the world including law firm, corporation, government office, and public interest organizations in the United States. Searches can be filtered by state and city.

Company Analyatics

Bloomberg Law Company Analyticsincludes information for over 70,000 public companies and 3.5 million private companies. Using the Litigation Analytics tool, users can search which law firms are representing a given company in federal litigation, the lawsuits the company has been involved in by case type, a company's federal litigation history and a jurisdictional breakdown of a company’s federal litigation.
