Shannon is a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is currently a graduate student in the School of Information and Library Science (SILS). She graduated from George Washington University with a B.A. in Classical Studies and Philosophy.
Shannon provides specialized support on citation managers, citing and writing, poster design, and beginning literature searches.
