Hosted at the University of Texas at Austin and part of the World Wide Web Virtual Library, this is one of the largest and best-organized portals to current information about and from Latin America: Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean, Hispanics.

Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade Database
The Voyages website is the product of two years of development by a multi-disciplinary team of historians, librarians, curriculum specialists, cartographers, computer programmers, and web designers, in consultation with scholars of the slave trade from universities in Europe, Africa, South America, and North America. The National Endowment for the Humanities is the principal sponsor of the project, and it is an Emory University Digital Project.
