DynaMed Plus is a clinical reference tool created by physicians for physicians and other health care professionals for use at the point-of-care. Content is written by a team of physicians and researchers who synthesize the evidence and provide objective analysis

These algorithms are designed to assist the primary care provider in the clinical management of a variety of problems that occur during pregnancy. They were developed in the UNC Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine Division.

Freely available from the National Library of Medicine as part of TOXNET. LactMed provides information on drugs and other chemicals to which breastfeeding mothers may be exposed; the levels of such substances in breast milk and infant blood; and possible adverse effects in the nursing infant. Suggested therapeutic alternatives to those drugs are provided.
