In this video we’ll go over some of the most popular library research databases for finding resources in health sciences. Whhen you're searching for articles, you'll generally be using a library database to conduct your search.
In this video we'll go over how to access the full text of articles you’ve found searching in an academic database and what to do if you need a resource that isn't in one of our journal subscriptions.
In this video we will go over some more advanced searching tips including how to use Boolean operators such as AND and OR and how to add subject headings to your search strategy. We will cover how to use PubMed's MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) as an example of using subject headings.
