Nina Simon is the founder of OF/BY/FOR All, a global initiative to help civic and cultural organizations become of, by, and for their communities. Nina will share the principles behind this movement that seeks to deepen community participation and relevance. She will help us discover how we can work creatively to become of, by, and for our communities.
Nina Simon has been called a “museum visionary” by Smithsonian Magazine. She is the Executive Director of the Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History and author of The Participatory Museum and The Art of Relevance. She blogs at Museum 2.0.
Making Your Organization More Innovative: Culture and Process view with Arvind Malhotra

Arvind Malhorta will help us understand how to build the culture, processes, and structures that can make an organization more innovative. This half-day program will include both a presentation and group exercises for bringing more innovation to our work.
Arvind Malhorta is the H. Allen Andrew Professor of Entrepreneurial Education and professor of strategy and entrepreneurship at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC-Chapel Hill. He teaches and has published extensively on issues of innovation, strategy, social media, and technology.
