This collection contains both domestic and international privacy law resources. Beyond its GDPR coverage (available via the GDPR-specific resource center described below), its international offerings include International Privacy Profiles surveying the privacy law landscape of 65 jurisdictions and Chart Builders for comparing international data protection and workplace privacy laws.
Use the Jurisdictions filter on the left to narrow to non-US jurisdictions and specific countries or regions. Overviews of data protections and privacy laws are provided for over 40 countries, as well as many European Union resources.
Cheetah's chart builder allows one to choose topics (including data protection, employment, and health privacy) across specific jurisdictions/countries to compare and then save, email, or export the results as a Word or Excel file. Charts include a citation and link to the relevant international law.
