CRMS at UNC

CRMS

CRMS [Clinical Research Management System] is a system with a variety of administrative management tools to help clinical research teams by automating repetitive tasks and linking the study team to campus offices that support research. CRMS can support online submissions to campus offices and the system is integrated with Epic, meaning that study and participant data entered into the CRMS will flow over to Epic automatically.

As of March 2014, all studies that either (1) are drug or device trials, or (2) require billable items or services from UNC Health Care, must be entered into either CRMS (for non-oncology studies) or OnCore (for oncology studies). This requirement also generally applies to any study that will be recorded in Epic. Read more about CRMS tools and functions here.

For access to this application or for additional information, please contact Erica Evans.
