SkillFUL Tech Workshops: Home

Does your web presence need a makeover? Want to perfect your photos in Photoshop? Interested in creating your own podcast? The R.B. House Undergraduate Library offers free workshops each semester to teach you these things and more!

SkillfUL Tech Workshops will be held via Zoom or in person at the Undergraduate Library. We will introduce you to some of the latest digital tools that you can use in class, on the job, or for fun!

Registration is required for all SkillfUL workshops.

Introduction to WordPress I: Creating your site and selecting a theme

Description:

Creating a site via Tarheels.live gives faculty, staff, and students the opportunity to build a site for themselves, department, or club. This session will introduce setting up a Tarheels.live site and how to work with the themes available.

Have old photographs you would like to restore? Want to see how an artwork might look in your house? How can you use generative AI to change images? This session will introduce you to some tools and techniques for restoring and manipulating photographs using Adobe Photoshop.
