University Libraries Learning YouTube: University Libraries Learning YouTube Training

For training please create a personal video introduction. This can include your name, position, and any other information you want to include - the video will only be used for training purposes. When your video is complete, please contact nkburm@email.unc.edu to recieve YouTube login credentials. Feel free to refer to other pages in this LibGuide if you would like more in-depth information on topics.  

• Your video introduction should:
  • Be filmed in a well lit, neutral setting
  • Have minimal to no background noise
  • Be less than 3 minutes in length
• After creating your video, you will be given login credentials for the University Libraries Learning YouTube account. You will then:

  • Upload your video to YouTube
  • Title your video [Your Name] Training Video
  • Add captions to your video
  • Add your video to the Training Video playlist

After you are finished creating a sample video with the criteria above, please send video link to Nora Burmeister at nkburm@email.unc.edu.to request a review of your training video. Nora will provide feedback and let you know if you have successfully completed the training.
