Lean Library Workspace (Sciwheel) Support includes a searchable knowledge base. This 24/7 online site is also available from within Lean Library Workspace (Sciwheel), using the chat help button and clicking on knowledge base.
You can also fill out and submit a support ticket, use the chat bot, or request office hours support from a human.
NOTE: Lean Library Workspace (Sciwheel) support is based in the UK, so the office hours are from 8am to 6pm UK time, Monday to Friday.
