Tips

  • You can modify your booking up to midnight before your appointment to pick up. If your booking is at 11 am on Tuesday, you can edit until midnight on Monday night.
  • You can search Connect2 in three ways
  1. Search: enter a keyword in the search bar at the top left (e.g.: 181, Canon, lens, mic, light)
  2. Browse: use the hierarchy under Category in the left side panel. Click down through the options
  3. Suitable Use: this additional filter allows you to browse lenses by common shoot type
  • Check the bottom of the page for additional items you might need. For example, a camera doesn't automatically come with a lens or a battery. Make sure you add those to your booking.
  • After making your booking, make sure you get a confirmation email. If it's not in your inbox, check your spam folder.
