Your search history from the current session can be found by clicking on "Search History." On this page, you can print your search history, retrieve previous searches, save searches and alerts, and combine searches.
To save searches and alerts, click "Save Searches/Alerts." Check the boxes of the searches you wish to save or set an alert for, then click "Save."
To combine searches and add them to the search box, check the boxes beside the searches you would like to run. Next, click "Search with AND" or "Search with OR" to run the combined search.
