Go to the UNC Chapel Hill Libraries catalog. Enter a search term in the catalog search bar – a topic, a title, an author, etc.
On the search results page, click the box labeled “Available Online” under “Limit your search.”
The results have now been filtered to ebooks available through UNC Libraries. To access an ebook, click on the “Full text available via the UNC-Chapel Hill Libraries” link.
From here, access to the ebook will depend on the platform or publisher hosting the ebook. See more detailed instructions about platforms in the next section of this guide.
If you know you need to search for or access a title from a particular platform or publisher, you may navigate directly to the eBook platform. The available platforms and guides for utilizing each platform are available on the following pages of this research guide.
Research guides created by UNC Librarians may link directly to ebook catalog records for ease of access.
