When guides meet criteria outlined by their group deletion timelines, the guide owner will be contacted to dicsuss deletion. Upon deletion, an HTML archive is created of the guide content. Any library staff can request access to the HTML archive of a deleted guide by contacting Nora Burmeister.
Guide owners will always be notified prior to beginning the archive process.
