Using LibGuides: Annual Review Process

All guide owners should perform an annual review of the guides that they own. Check your guide content to make sure:

• Links are working and point to correct destination
• Text content is current and accurate
• Headings and alt text are implemented properly
• All images have clear attribution

If a guide has become outdated, but you plan on using it again, then you can unpublish the guide using the publication status menu in the top right corner of the guide editing screen. 

If there is no longer a clear need for a guide or the content has become severely outdated, you can create an archive of that guide by deleting it.
